About
Paolo is a literature graduate and is having a hard time finding a teaching job. Giulio becomes a successful lawyer and soon trades his youthful ideals for wealth and fame. Riccardo moves from one job to another, from failed actor to wannabe journalist. Gemma leaves Rome for Naples, where she struggles to make ends meet, only to return a few years later and reunite with Paul. Then, when she begins an affair with Giulio behind Paolo's back, the group seems to have irrevocably broken up…
