About

Etero is 48, lives in a sleepy Georgian village and sells washing powder and cosmetics in a dusty colonial. The villagers look at her as a suspicious phenomenon. Etero prefers solitude. She loves the cakes, the river and the blackberries that have been her parents, classmates, friends and lovers all her life. She has never married, never known a man, never desired one.
