This 2018 documentary film takes an in-depth look at the life and music of Whitney. Around seventy people were interviewed for the film, including Houston’s mother and two brothers, a longtime personal assistant, and several close friends. Featuring unique archival (including private) footage, the film was funded from theatrical pre-sales, which is quite possibly a first for a documentary.
