Bruno (Vincent Cassel) runs an association for autistic children and adolescents whose cases are so complicated that they are rejected everywhere else. His best friend Malik (Reda Kateb) teaches teenagers from socially disadvantaged families how to care for these children. For over 20 years, Bruno and Malik have lived in a world of people that society can't cope with. Yet their optimism and sense of humour never leave them. Whether it's their autistic client stopping the Paris metro at rush hour for the tenth time, or their personal life basically falling through the cracks because of work. Unfortunately, Bruno's organisation is in danger of being closed down, because not everyone likes his fresh approach. Bruno and Malik have no choice but to convince the authorities that their work is worthwhile.
