About
Luc Jacquet directs this documentary which follows a group of emperor penguins living in the frozen lands of Antarctica. Surviving at temperatures as low as 50 degrees below freezing, adult emperor penguins often travel up to 100km in order to feed and bring back food for their chicks. Braving the harshest of conditions, the film follows a young penguin as he faces up to the extreme dangers of the wild Antarctic lands and sets out on his first epic journey across the continent.
