About

The first film in Eric Rohmer's „Tales of the Four Seasons“ series. Introverted music student Natacha introduces her single father to her friend, a philosophy teacher. She kind of schemes because she hopes her father will leave his girlfriend and fall in love with Jeanne. There is a lot of talk, discussion about philosophy, love, sex and friendship. These never-ending discussions are part of everyday life. And none of the participants knows how it will turn out.
