Jake Paltrow introduced the world premiere of his new film June Zero – centred on the 1962 trial, execution and subsequent disposal of top Nazi Adolf Eichmann – at KVIFF. In an interview, the US director explains how the movie draws on small but illuminating historical details, and discusses how its characters debate how to commemorate the Holocaust in a civil way that is today less common.
