Adam Lyčka (New Era Safety) presents the Insight Initiative research that aims at gathering real data from film professionals in order to address and asses workers' mental and physical well-being and satisfaction levels. The initiative's aim is to formulate proposals for systemic changes within the audio-visual industry, aiming to foster a healthier and more supportive working environment for all involved.
