Captain Miki Miko skillfully operates on the edge of the law in the wild environment of the Eastern Slovak underworld, where local mafia gangs, businessmen and local police live in a delicate symbiosis.
David against Goliath. That's how one could describe the fight led by Captain Miky Miko (Alexander Bárta), a solitary police operative. Miko trusts no one so that no one can betray him, but when he is assigned a „disobedient“ partner in the system, Igor Molnár (Juraj Loj), he discovers that they are alike in many ways. They are both part of a mechanism they want to change, because they are tired of catching criminals who will be released the next day even with incriminating evidence. However, the reaction of the threatened system does not leave long to wait for itself and a sequence of tragic events is set in motion. It is said that revenge is the best motivation, even though losing can sometimes mean certain death.
