The monotonous life in the brothel changes for Sascha when Maria joins the team. The two women quickly find a liking for each other and a tender relationship develops, but it is complicated by their professions. While Maria is able to detach herself from her work to a certain extent, Sascha finds life as a sex worker increasingly emotionally draining. And to top it all off, as a divorced mother, she struggles to maintain a relationship with her son. What happens when all her worlds intersect? Can love survive in an environment where it comes at a price? Find out in this intimate film by Henrika Kull, which premiered at the Berlinale.
